Jim holds a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from the Fletcher School of International Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. His research on global migration, diplomatic negotiation, and international NGOs informs his ability to think strategically at global, macro, and systems levels.

Jim also holds a Master’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in nonprofit and mission-based organizations from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
